Conscious Leadership is a path that begins with oneself. We cannot become great leaders if we do not know and lead ourselves first.
This evolution is a path that requires integrating and consolidating concepts over a period of time in a way that generates a real transformation in the person.
To do this, we propose an intervention in 4 phases:
Phase I: Evaluation and diagnosis of the current situation
- Identification of Personality Type based on the Enneagram
- Individual return interview
Phase II: Intervention design
- Presentation of the analysis: Map of Talents and Personality Types - Design and proposal of intervention adapted to the diagnosis
- Providing tools to managers to manage their team more effectively depending on the different personalities (how to communicate, how to influence, intervene in conflicts, give feedback,...)
Phase III: Conscious Leadership Training
- The most appropriate modules are taught to achieve the desired development of the leaders / managers / directors of the organization
Phase IV: Monitoring for transfer and autonomy
- Ensure the integration of the habits and learning acquired to use them autonomously in their daily life effectively.
